This is actually a mail i got from one of my friends. I hope you too can contribute for this noble cause....

Dear Friend,

It was nice speaking to you evening , I really appreciate your interest in our community welfare and service .This kind of attitude will not be found in everyone , it comes one in thousand .
I really thought of meeting you in direct but unfortunately I had a meeting with my board of directors. I am sure we'll meet up soon .

As I told you I have attached the scanned copy of the Appeal letter issued by MCV Memorial ENT Trust .

This letter was sent by my dad from Coimbatore ,I told you about my dad's trust you remember ? The name of the trust is "Annai Trust " http://www.theannaitrust.org/

It is a registered non-religious and non-profit social service organization, which was established in 2007, with the sole objective of serving people in grief who are orphans & destitute.

As I discussed the name of the patient is Mr.N.R.Rajesh Kumar, 27 years old,S/o.K.N.Raman , Kil kundha village & post ,Nilgiri- 643219, Cell No.94429 61324 , he has been diagnoised to have bilateral severe to profound sensorineural Hearing loss with consequent inablity to speak ,

In addition he had both eyes operations to cure blindness. He has been adviced to undergo cochlear implantation surgery at MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital, Pollachi, coimbatore Dt. The cost of the imported cochlear implant is 4.76 lakhs, surgery and rehabilitation is Rs.1 lakh only.

This is an appeal to the noble and kind hearted philanthropist to come forward and donate liberally to help Mr.N.R.Rajesh Kumar to hear and speak .

Cheque /Demand Drafts may be drawn in favour of MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital, Pollachi .The donation will be exempt under sec 80G from Income Tax.

At present cochlear implantation is the only hope for this patient to hear and speak.

As we discussed I will first call all members from kil kundha village , who are settled in Dubai , then i will forward this mail to few of my known kil kundha friends who are in other parts of india and other country .

Lets join together for this noble cause and help my friend N.R.Rajesh to hear and speak.

Thanks and Regards,

Arun Kumar Raman.

This is a follow up of the email sent by R.Arunkumar

Being my neighbor I have to tell about Mr. N.R.Rajesh

In his child hood he was like any other ordinary child, was a first rank holder and was people prefect for the school. But when days passed the effect of this rare decease aggravated, he fell sick very often ,he also fond difficult to prepare for his SSLC examination but still managed to pass his SSLC.
He almost lost his both eye site and had to operate his eyes to gain partial eyesight, he become completely deaf but with the help of earring aid he could hear few words but had ability to understand by the lip sync.

He was a brave and courageous he did not complain about his health and stay at home, instead he challenged the life and started his career as LIC agent, in a very short period he was ranked no 1 in Ooty LIC branch, he himself started an LIC service center in Manjoor and was serving all who had issues with LIC his service also extended to the people who had policy from other LIC agent also this shows his helping tendency and service nature.
He donated some musical and speaker systems to our village temple; he also volunteered and organized temple related functions and celebration, he was praised by all the elderly people in the village.

His father is a poor farmer who did not have enough funds to educate him or give him a good treatment at initial stage he did not show his inability to his parents thinking they may feel for him and practiced to pretend to live normal.
He felt he is not lucky enough to get education but he had an ambition to educate her sister eventually he joined her in paramedical college and was funding for her education and well being.

Seeing her mother suffering in a small house and kitchen and He started constructing a big house all by himself for her mother things were going fine his disease worsened and made him bed ridden which lead to sell the half constructed house and even his sister to discontinue her education? His father has to sell his small property and they are in Coimbatore fighting with poverty to treat him.

My family especially me had a very good respect for him because only through my father's money I got educated and employed and still dependent of him. Being a disabled without any educational background he has achieved in 5years which takes a lifetime for me to accomplish.

Dear friends I can only say please help for a noble cause and let's join together to help our friend N.R.Rajesh to hear and speak.
Let's have a pride to see Rajesh back on track with a motive of helping hundreds others like him

Good bless you all!
Thanks and regards
Dinesh

On Behalf of my friends,
Goutham.

Hey Goutam,

Have few suggestions...

1. Can we transfer the money online? We would get the money faster and it would be easier as most people do all the transactions online. If there is no online facilty, can someone take it up, collect the money online and transfer it to the trust immediately.

2. I heard that the Sathya Sai Hospital at Puttaparthi, give treatments free of cost. We need to know few people in the seva committee to get some details and some recommendation letter. Do we know anyone from that committee, just to enquire if they treat these kind of illness too and the procedure to get the free treatment, in case they do so.

Hello dear all,
Very sorry to hear this about Mr.Rajesh...... As Vinod suggested, Sathya Sai Hospital is rendering it free of cost and its highly reliable........... In case of a letter needed, one Dr.Raman, from Mukkimalai village, who works in Coonoor UPASI can help in this regard, for, he is the District President of Nilgiris, for Sri Sathya Sai Organisation, The Nilgiris........I think it works very good....... If people are not interested, then other things could be done as well...... Just my suggestions..................

Thanks.

Dear Arun,
I spoke to my family........ My grandpa has already called Puttaparthi Hospital over the phone....... But unfortunately, they dont have the instrument to clear this disease............. They deal with heart and neurological diseases for free...... But its bad luck that they dont have the instruments....... So lets opt for the other way....... Sorry again...

Regards.

This was posted by Mr.Vikram , Kil Kundha ,

About Mr.N.R.Rajesh :-

I know him from the childhood days. Very honest, Discipline and god fearing person.
He was very talented in his school days His father was a poor farmer who couldn’t take him for further studies. He had lot of problems from his childhood times. He overcame all that with confidence. Once when I had been to home town he came and met me saying that he has taken LIC Agent and wanted me to put a policy. Initially i just ignored him, later on i was totally overwhelmed with his aggressive follow up and I took a policy with him and also several other people. Within a short period of time he had been ranked No 1. The whole hatti were proud of him and his growth . But very unfortunately how is bed ridden and struggling of sensorineural Hearing loss with consequent inability to speak.

Please , please help him to get back on his normal life.

Warm Regards

Even I Spoked to Mr.Kundan (Mukkimalai) Bank manager , conoor & active member of saibaba trust regarding this, he adviced me to take him directly to Banglore or Puttapurthi , no need of any letter of recommendation , So I called my dad (K Raman ) to co-oridate with Patient Rajesh's family and contact Sri sathya sai Hospital banglore / Puttapurthi over the phone again.

Discussions with Mr.Rajesh´s family had been done already regarding the Puttaparthi Hospital........... As I told earlier, they dont have the required instruments........ It would be better to confirm in the hospital, rather than take him directly and return in vain......... Ofcourse, no letters of recommendation required...........Direct dealing would fetch fruits........ I pray for him............... Lets hope for the best.............

Regards

Arun,
I really appreciate your efforts, lets take immediate action and transfer money ASAP.

I checked with my friends in coimbatore, they said MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital at Pollachi, coimbatore Dt is the best hospital for cochlear implantation surgery.Surgeons at the MCV Memorial Hospital are well trained and they have got specialised equipment as well.

Gopi has already enquired about Puttaparthi Hospital unfortunately they dont have the equipments So we will collect the details regarding these hospitals and cost but in the mean time can someone take initiative to collect and transfer money for rajesh anna's surgery.

Lets join hands together!
