Hi All,

Vegetable juice.
The ingredients I list out may look different, but this is something Nutritional.

This is for 2 people.

U need the fresh ones of the following:

1. Juice of a Lemon.
2. Carrot-2(medium size)/Beetroot-2(medium size)
3. Cucumber (half of the medium size)
4. Jaggery (Quantity-As per your taste)
5. Coriander leafs ( 2 strips)
6. Tomato-1(medium size)
7. A pinch of Salt and Pepper.
8. Honey (2 tea spoons)

And pure water too.


Method:

Carrot/Beetroot, Cucumber, Tomato---Peel, wash, cut into small pieces.
In a mixer grind the following -Carrot/Beetroot, Cucumber, Tomato, coriander leafs and jaggery.
Filtering is optional. Into the above mixture, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and honey.
Mix it well.

Serve cool for the summer.
