Hi all....
icon_smile.gif
This is in reference to an earlier post hwr it was mentioned......... we cannot compare generations...... coz we are more intelligent than the previous one and the forthcoming is goin to be much more intelligent.......

I dnt agree wit it....
If u agree..... think again.........
The most number of inventions were done in the past especially the 19th and 20th century with regards to technology......
The most beautiful and spectacular biuldings were built in ages much b4 us........
The father of anatomy is not from our generation nor is Charles Babbage......
Birbal or Tenalirama was much more clever than our generation.......
The freedom fighters are all from a different century all together.....
The list goes on.....

In fact........ we are not using our intelligence but only happy assuming we are in the most advanced technology.......

Our forefathers have already built the foundation and the building....... we are only polishing it......... and the next generations wiil also only repolish the same........ which is not a great feat....

This is not degrade our own generation...... but only to make a point not to degrade our forefathers.........
According to a research...... we humans use only a minute part of our intelligence and wat happens to the rest........ icon_wink.gif nobody knows.........
So lets be proud of watever intelligence we have....... and accept the facts (jokes apart)

Take care all
Kausalya

P.S - I know it is a serious piece of gyan in b/w a casual discussion......... but i cudnt resist myself wen i read that post and dnt agree a bit of it.....

Hi Ms. Kausalya
I appreciate u for the nice theme with positive perception. But at the same time u should also remember that a successful individual will be identified after decades of his/her success.

Just because the feat is identified later in life doesnt mean the later generation has achieved the feat....... nor do those achievers belong to the current generation...... hope u got wat i was trying to tell....
(My post was in reference to wat was mentioned earlier.......)
Regards
Kausalya

I think the focus is derailed from the topic of interest.

I got the point… even earlier (ref: my previous post – first line...)

Well, in those days….among the millions and millions of people, there was only one Charles Babbage/ there was only one Birbal/ there was only one Tenalirama and etc etc etc….
Akin to the same…...may be u’ll or I’ll or xyz’ll become a successful individual among the billions and billions of people…got it? This is what I was trying to…….

It wouldn’t be called research – would it??”
