Any way sathish, here's an easy dish with eggs. Boil eggs first. cool them. mean while in a pan add little oil, saute onions. when you've done with the eggs cut each of them into 4 pcs and put them along with the onions. add salt and pepper and fry till the aroma comes . season with coriander and curry leaf. This is the basic method. for a different taste. add the needed spices or condiments. you can add half a tomato while sauting ,add ginger garlic paste, add curry powder instead of pepper or even garam masala if you need. it depends on which you prefer. adhunatha karpanai endhu hegidhe sathish. Infact even if imnot a good cook, i think i can do better. how about you. thimbadhoda matter over ah? |

Variety rices really have a lot of variety.
Almost all the vegetables can be used to prepare the rice.
Some of them dat I have tried making or seen mom n cousins preparing are as follows.
The method is very simple.
Depending on the vegetable, either cook/boil/fry them with seasoning and then add cooked rice to it.
U can also try it the other way, where u put in the ingredients along with the rice while cookin.
Some tips:
Try using pepper instead of chilli powder - its gud for health.
Use gingerand garlic paste.
Avoid ajinomoto.
Use turmeric for color n medicinal values.
Put less salt while preparing, and towards the end of the preparation, sprinkle salt and mix it well. this way we use less salt without sacrificing on the taste(this method can be used for all the vegetable poriyals or curries dat we make)
Beans and carrot rice-
Cauliflower and peas rice-
Koththimalli(coriander) rice-
Soya( meal makers) rice-
Carrot(scrape it) rice-
Kovakka rice-
Cabbage rice-
Trust me some are different and if the vegetables are cut or scaped into smaller prieces, and hence they are mixed with rice it is easier to convince children who dnt eat vegetables(even some adults)
Hope all of u try this and give ur feedback.
Regards
